• Intro to Synchronized Swimming • Developing Fundamental Skills •
Our Recreation Program offers an incredible opportunity to learn basic fundamental skills for any new synchronized swimmer. These skills include: aquatic literacy, flexibility (on land and in water) , teamwork, athleticism (strength and stamina), and an introduction to synchro fundamentals. We have a great team of coaches that have years of experience as both synchronized swimmers and as coaches.
Recreational practices are held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:00 until 7:00.
The program runs from September until May. Registration for the 2018-2019 season will begin late August/early September 2018. If your swimmer would like to join the recreation program at any time throughout the 2018-2019 season, please on contact Doreen Walsh for further information on registering mid-season.
